Q. What data we collect?

A. Among the types of data  the website and application in link with NPLkart collects, by itself or any third parties, there are:  Data Usage,  Cookies, unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example),geographic position, email address, language, Universally unique identifier (UUID)  and as per the Automattic company policy. Personal Data collected are provided by specific explanation texts displayed prior to the Data collection. Personal Data may be freely provided by the User, or, in case of Usage Data, collected automatically when using this Application.

The application or website might fail to provide services if data requested as mandatory have not been provided, unless specified otherwise. If the application or website deems data as not mandatory, users have option not to communicate this data without compromising any sort of functioning of services. Users can place query or can contact our customer service if users are uncertain about mandatory Personal Data.

Any use of Cookies – or of other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application serves the purpose of providing the Service required by the User, in addition to any other purposes described in the present document and in the Cookie Policy, if available. Users are responsible for any third-party Personal Data obtained, published or shared through this Application and confirm that they have the third party's consent to provide the Data to the Owner.

How and Why We Use Information

We use information about you for the purposes listed below:

ü  To place and manage ads in our advertising program. For example, to place ads on our users’ sites and some of our own sites as part of our advertising program, and understand ad performance.

For example, by detecting security incidents; detecting and protecting against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; fighting spam; complying with our legal obligations; and protecting the rights and property of NPLkart and others, which may result in us, for example, declining a transaction or terminating Services.

ü  To fix problems with our Services. For example, by monitoring, debugging, repairing, and preventing issues.

ü  To customize the user experience.

ü  To communicate with you. For example, by emailing you to ask for your feedback, share tips for getting the most out of our products, or keep you up to date on NPLkart; texting you to verify your payment; or calling you to share offers and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. If you don’t want to hear from us, you can opt out of marketing communications at any time. (If you opt out, we’ll still send you important updates relating to your account.)

ü  To recruit and hire new employees. For example, by evaluating job applicants and communicating with them.

Q. How long we retain your data?

We generally discard information about you when it’s no longer needed for the purposes for which we collect and use it and we’re not legally required to keep it.  For example, we keep web server logs that record information about a visitor to one of NPLkaart’s websites, such as visitor’s IP address, browser type, and operating system, for approximately 30 days. We retain the logs for this period of time in order to, among other things, analyze traffic to NPLkart’s websites and investigate issues if something goes wrong on one of our websites.

Q. Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner.

Users entitled to broader protection standards may exercise any of the rights described below. In all other cases, Users may inquire with the Owner to find out which rights apply to them.

In particular, Users have the right to do the following:

Withdraw their consent at any time. Users have the right to withdraw consent where they have previously given their consent to the processing of their Personal Data.

Object to processing of their Data. Users have the right to object to the processing of their Data if the processing is carried out on a legal basis other than consent.

Access their Data. Users have the right to learn if Data is being processed by the Owner, obtain disclosure regarding certain aspects of the processing and obtain a copy of the Data undergoing processing.

Verify and seek rectification. Users have the right to verify the accuracy of their Data and ask for it to be updated or corrected.

Restrict the processing of their Data. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to restrict the processing of their Data. In this case, the Owner will not process their Data for any purpose other than storing it.

Have their Personal Data deleted or otherwise removed. Users have the right, under certain circumstances, to obtain the erasure of their Data from the Owner.

Receive their Data and have it transferred to another controller. Users have the right to receive their Data in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format and, if technically feasible, to have it transmitted to another controller without any hindrance. This provision is applicable provided that the Data is processed by automated means and that the processing is based on the User's consent, on a contract which the User is part of or on pre-contractual obligations thereof.
